If the vote you purchased wanted to be canceled, you can request an exchange within 5 minutes of the purchase made during the voting period.

Our team will be ready to assist you throughout the exchange process, answering your questions and providing the necessary information.
If you prefer, we also offer the option of refunding the amount paid for the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, within 5 minutes of counting the votes.
